Looking for a Community Manager Social Media Content Creator!

Our client is looking for a creative and dynamic Community Manager Social Media Content Creator. Our client is a startup company in Organic Vegan Supplements that plans to grow fast in the European Market.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, content creation, and community engagement. You understand the current social environment, keep an eye on competitors, and have a knack for health and wellness products. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and passionate about building a brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, among others)

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across social media channels in English.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a positive and engaged online community.
  • Grow and manage our global influencer social network by identifying top content creators who align with our brand’s ethics and image.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with influencers, ambassadors and our community through engaging and professional messages.
  • Research the latest social media and influencer trends to adapt and innovate for our brand.
  • Monitor competitor activities on Instagram and TikTok, and audience engagement to optimize content and strategies.
  • Analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using data-tracking tools and provide actionable insights. 
  • Assist in creating comprehensive campaign recaps.
  • Coordinate and send personalized PR packages to influencers and partners.
  • Brainstorm and implement ideas to enhance the gifting experience.
  • Experience in LinkedIn branding and campaigns is desired.

Requirements:

  • Studies in Marketing, Communication, or Commercial Economics-related study.
  • Strong passion for social media, marketing, and the health wellness industry.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a balance of creativity and analytical skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills responsible and results-driven.
  • Capable of managing pressure and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. 
  • High level of Initiative and autonomy.
