As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers, solving problems for them and ensuring they have everything they need.
You arrive 15 minutes before the centre opens to prepare the premises. Throughout the day you handle a range of requests: updating Wi‑Fi codes, tracking packages, directing customers, setting up projectors, and providing drink orders. You manage mail, follow up with customers, and support the Community Manager in planning networking events, including invites and promotional materials. You coordinate group meetings, suggest nearby restaurants, and ensure the centre returns to a tidy state before closing.
