TL;DR

Fluent both in Polish and English — at least C1 level.

Salary — 5000 – 8000 gross UoP / 6000 – 9000 PLN B2B

Work model — Must live within commutable distance of Gdynia. Minimum two days in the office in Gdynia per week. Flexible for personal circumstances. Travel costs not covered by the company.

Experience — Comfortable working with online communities, creators, student groups, and outreach. 1 Year experience in such activities is key.

At Traffit we’re looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager to join our team.

This person will be the engine behind growing our audience organically — by connecting with creators, communities, student groups, HR experts and partner brands.

You’ll work closely with our Video Content Creator (your content partner-in-crime) to make sure our message spreads far beyond our own channels.

What you’ll do

Grow, engage, and activate communities

  • Share our content into relevant groups (Facebook Groups, LinkedIn communities, Discords, Reddit, student channels)
  • Join conversations, reply to comments, spark engagement and build momentum

Build partnerships & collaborations

  • Identify and reach out to micro-influencers, TikTokers, HR creators and niche experts
  • Pitch low-cost or free collaborations around content, livestreams and ideas
  • Help create our “Traffit Creators Circle”

Support student, university and employer outreach

  • Connect with universities, career offices, student councils, and job clubs
  • Build simple, repeatable partnerships that grow our reach organically

Amplify our content

  • Coordinate with the Video Content Creator so your distribution and their content work together
  • Feed them new ideas based on what you see in communities, conversations and trends
  • Push our best content into communities where it will actually resonate

Spot opportunities

  • Identify trending topics and reactive moments where Traffit should join the conversation
  • Suggest small initiatives that expand reach without spending on ads

Sending DMs, pitching ideas, and building relationships energizes you.

You’re early in your career — and hungry

0–2 years in social media, partnerships, community, growth, content or student organisations is enough.

Nice to have

  • Experience in student organisations or running your own community
  • You’ve collaborated with creators before — even informally
  • You enjoy planning small online events
  • You’re comfortable analysing basic content performance
  • You have a good feel for what kind of content resonates with specific audiences
