For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Communications Specialist
Location: remote / Warsaw
Branch: project in pharmaceutical branch
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 18 months
Rate: 90 - 104 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: ASAP / 1 month notice period
Working hours: flexible
Remote work: 100% remote
Requirements:
■ Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Communication Specialist or similar role
■ Experience working in large organisations/international
■ Familiarity with Change Management (OCM) initiatives in complex and dynamic environments is a great value
■ Interest and knowledge in AI is welcome
■ Very good command of spoken and written English at C1 level (work in international environment)
■ Highly self organised and efficient in their ways of working
■ Connecting visions with actions through effective communication
■ Strategic thinking, capable of executing at a detailed level while maintaining a holistic perspective
■ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Key Accountabilities
■ Supporting the Client39s communication needs
■ Content maintenance: help crafting email communications, maintaining core messaging document, and keeping the gsite up to date as well as updating various slide decks
■ Project-internal engagement and beyond: assist with the planning engagement sessions, develop and curate content for newsletters and other internal communication channels
■ Monitoring: checking mailbox, consolidating feedback, help maintaining FAQ sheet (update gsite accordingly)
■ Help the teams digitising workshop and engagement session outputs
