We are looking for a Communication Specialist to join our client’s team. What youll do

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including visual design, material creation and messaging for IT products and solutions from launch through the life of the product.
• Develop and execute internal IT department communication campaigns, messages and content to support efficient and consistent communication of departmental products, solutions and services; manage newsletters, internal social media and intranet pages.
• Collaborate with the global IT Marketing & Communications team to create and maintain global marketing communication assets (visual identity guidelines, banners, infographics, templates) to meet established marketing objectives.
• Organize internal events (team days, Lunch‑Learn sessions, town halls, conferences, workshops) for around 300 employees.
• Liaise with vendors during large campaigns and events.
• Drive the production of internal videos or animations from concept through final delivery, including filming setup, editing and posting.

Job requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications or change management, ideally in a multinational environment.
• University degree in marketing, communication or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in video editing and a strong understanding of social engagement strategies.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with confidence to collaborate at all levels, including senior management.
• Business fluency in English.
