Stefanini is a global IT services company with over 88 offices in 39 countries. Since 1987, Stefanini has provided offshore, onshore and near‑shore IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure outsourcing, systems integration, consulting and strategic staffing.

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to support one of our clients’ teams. The role will design and produce internal communication deliverables for our IT division, foster internal connectivity via digital platforms, and help the IT Product Team reach their intended audiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with IT teams and managers to design informative materials about technological initiatives, solutions, and milestones for end‑users.
• Enhance user engagement by identifying employee concerns and obstacles related to the introduction of new digital tools.
• Promote swift comprehension and uptake of IT solutions by producing impactful training materials tailored to employees’ needs.
• Liaise with global and functional communications teams to ensure all messaging aligns with IT’s communication standards and brand voice.
• Manage, create and enhance departmental social platforms and intranet content.
• Develop and maintain the visual branding of IT initiatives, including style guides, banners, infographics, and templates, ensuring uniformity across all channels.
• Organize and facilitate knowledge‑sharing events and webinars for both IT staff and broader audiences.
• Identify further communication needs by actively gathering and disseminating insights from IT and business stakeholders.
• Lead training sessions when necessary.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a role focused on internal communication (especially IT for non‑IT).
• Strong experience in creating and managing content on internal communication platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Viva Engage, MS Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is a strong advantage).
• Comfortable working under pressure and in an evolving environment, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team member with an innovative and forward‑thinking mindset.
• Flexible and resourceful, adapting swiftly to new priorities and situations.
• Proactive and creative, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with design platforms for creating visuals (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) or similar.
• Experience in creating IT content for non‑IT target audience, especially in a corporate environment.
• Experience with conducting trainings or webinars.
