Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive global employee engagement strategy aligned with the company’s transformation and growth objectives
Refresh and streamline internal communication channels, including newsletters, town halls, and the SharePoint environment, to enhance clarity and engagement
Utilize MS Teams as a central platform for internal collaboration, encouraging two-way communication and fostering a sense of community
Work closely with senior leaders to strengthen their communication capabilities and ensure consistent, culturally aligned messaging across regions
Collaborate with HR on the design, execution, and analysis of engagement surveys, and define clear metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness
Align internal messaging by working cross-functionally with departments such as HR, business transformation teams, and shared service functions
Champion improvements to internal communication tools and infrastructure to better support engagement efforts
Stay up to date on best practices, tools, and trends in employee communications, bringing innovation and fresh thinking to all initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Journalism
2–5 years of relevant experience in internal communications within global organizations
Fluent English
Solid expertise in engagement strategies and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams)
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability for diverse audiences
Familiarity with change management and internal transformation communications
Effective cross-cultural communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Demonstrated success in rolling out large-scale communication programs
