The primary responsibility of the Communications & Employer Branding Specialist is to build employee engagement by providing reliable, timely, engaging, and two‑way communication across all levels of the organization, organizing internal and external events supporting Employer Branding/EVP, and implementing projects based on EB/EVP and other business needs.
Your Responsibilities Would Include
- Supporting the creation and implementation of a Communications & Employer Branding Strategy in line with the overall HGSS Strategy.
- Content creation for social media, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube – both text and graphic/video.
- Identifying key business needs that should be supported by the Communications & Employer Branding Team and creating or supporting the implementation of communication standards within HGSS.
- Coordinating and supporting projects.
- Ensuring alignment of internal and external communication in terms of EVP, visual guidelines, and HEINEKEN standards.
- Focusing on measurement of actions.
- Working with stakeholders at different levels of the organization – e.g., people function, business, and others.
- Collaborating with external vendors.
You Are a Good Candidate If You Have
- Experience in Communication / Employer Branding – minimum 1‑2 years.
- Experience in managing social media – minimum 1 year.
- Experience successfully running medium‑sized projects in EB/communication.
- Experience in SSC / BPO sector – at least 1‑2 years.
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the latest digital communication trends and tools, including engagement tools.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
- Project management skills.
