We are looking for a Communication Team Lead to join our team.

Job Description

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement an email marketing strategy focused on user retention and reactivation. Create and maintain a communication calendar tailored to different GEOs and player segments.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of email specialists (Email Marketing Manager, Communication Manager). Set goals, monitor execution, provide coaching, and foster professional growth. Optimize team workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Operational Management: Plan, launch, and oversee email campaigns (mass, trigger-based, and automated). Ensure timely preparation of content, layout, and testing for all campaigns.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track key performance metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CR, LTV, churn rate, deliverability). Conduct A/B tests and implement data-driven improvements to boost results. Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Deliverability & Technical Infrastructure: Monitor domain and IP reputation, manage warming-up processes for new resources. Ensure stable email delivery and minimize spam folder placements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Implement and oversee additional communication channels (SMS, push, in-app). Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing, including at least 1 year in the iGaming vertical (Team Lead / Senior level).
  • Experience working with multiple communication channels (push, SMS, etc.).
  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry or other high-risk verticals.
  • Deep understanding of retention and reactivation strategies within iGaming.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of deliverability best practices, anti-spam compliance, and domain/IP warming.
  • Experience in audience segmentation, building trigger-based and automated communication flows.
  • Understanding of A/B testing, campaign analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email layout adjustments.
  • Experience in team management (2–3 people: content, HTML coders, analysts).
  • Ability to build processes, set priorities, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision‑making.
  • High attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
  • Readiness to work in a fast-paced iGaming environment with ambitious KPIs.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken and written) — required for internal communication.
