Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing &HRMarketing teams tocreate and implement asocial media marketing (SMM) strategy toachieve goals.
• Develop acontent plan and create content for the LinkedIn pages ofthe company’s C-level executives.
• Create and edit text content for various platforms (both Ukrainian and English language).
• Collaborate with designers todevelop visual content.
• Creation ofvideo content for social media inthe company’s office.
• Collect and analyse SMM metrics (reach, engagement rate, clicks, etc.) and propose solutions for their improvement.
• Run advertising campaigns and beable toanalyse the results
• Offer new ideas for organic audience growth and enhance brand loyalty.
• Manage feedback, comments, and messages onsocial networking sites.
• Analyse new niches, markets, competitors, and target audiences.

Requirements

• 1+years ofexperience conducting and promoting onsocial networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) intheIT field.
• Proven experience increating and implementing anSMM strategy (itwill benecessary toprovide examples ofsuccessful cases).Ability togenerate good quality content (visual, copywriting, advertising, video).
• Well-bred oral and written language (both inUkrainian and English language).
• Upper-Intermediate level ofEnglish orhigher.
• Ability torun advertising campaigns and understand the principles oftargeted advertising.
• Good copywriting skills and ability towork with texts.
• Ability toanalyse results and keep recordsOpen mind and flexibility, the ability toprioritise.

Nice-to-have

• Experience inmanaging LinkedIn pages for C-level executives.
• Experience inshooting video content for Instagram (Reels, Stories).
• Basic design skills
