Job Description

For one of our clients in Cracow, we are looking for a Communication Specialist who will support the TechOps team in managing internal and external communications, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all platforms, as well as assisting in the promotion of our cutting-edge global technology platforms and services.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop and manage content for internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
2. Coordination: Assist in coordinating communication efforts across various TechOps domains, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Support engagement with internal stakeholders to gather information and feedback for communication materials.
4. Event Support: Assist in organizing and promoting TechOps events, webinars, and meetings.
5. Documentation: Maintain and update communication documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a communications role, preferably within a technology or engineering environment.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, MS Office, etc.)
6. Basic understanding of technology and cloud services is a plus.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
