At TripleTen, we’re building a leading online bootcamp that helps people learn tech industry skills in less than a year. We currently operate in the US and Latin America.

We’re on the lookout for a talented communication designer to take charge of our top marketing channel—banner ads. If you love digging into research, trying new things, and experimenting with bold ideas, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will do

• Banners for paid ads: You’ll design engaging ads by working closely with art director, copywriter, and managers from the Performance and Growth teams.
• Research and testing: You’ll collaborate with the team to generate hypotheses and develop design solutions for testing new creative approaches.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience and solid portfolio with real projects. Your portfolio includes at least 3 relevant projects in advertisement.
• Strong graphic design skills: You value high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic Motion Design skills: You can use simple animation to grab attention.
• Implement AI tools in daily work: You create realistic, high-quality visuals or animations that elevate your designs quickly.
• Understanding of CJMs and UX/UI: You can analyze the student journey—from ads and events to booking a call on the website—and identify areas for improvement on the ads side.
• English communication: B2 level with basic fluency (the higher the better).
