My client is a leading global commodities company, with offices in over 20 countries and operations spanning six continents. They are currently seeking a Commodity Logistics Specialist to join their growing team. They are looking for a Commodity Logistics Associate to join our Krakow office and support the global Operations team in managing the flow of physical commodities. This is a dynamic role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee domestic and international commodity operations, ensuring smooth delivery and accurate risk capture
- Maintain scheduling systems and inventory records with precision
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to ensure contracts align with logistics requirements
- Prepare cargo documentation and invoices promptly
- Handle programme reporting and respond to trading desk queries
- Conduct end‑of‑month stockpile reconciliation and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients, ports, and transport providers
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent in Polish and English
- 3+ years’ experience in commodities operations, ideally with physical commodities
- Self‑motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and focus on process improvement
- Skilled at coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver smooth operations
- Comfortable working across locations, particularly with headquarters
- Knowledge of Incoterms and experience implementing trading risk controls
