Job Description:
Join Ecolab’s team in Barcelona as a Commercial Excellence analyst. This position will provide support to improvement projects across European sales teams.

What You Will Do:
- Drive performance, GrowToWin, set recommendations.
- Develop a customer segmentation to adequately address each one of them.
- Process and analyse data with critical view to support processes aimed at driving business growth.
- Provide general support to multiple projects across the division, including data collection and processing, presentations development, reporting, etc.
- Collaborate, coordinate, and support the sales teams to implement project strategies.
- Support sales teams across Europe on preparation for key commercial activities (tenders, contract renewals, business reviews with customers).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical or University degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of analytical, project management, sales support experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and any additional European language would be a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and on an international and virtual basis.
- Strong digital, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in other European languages.
- Experience with Power BI and/or CRM software tools.
- Ability to manage ad hoc projects in addition to routine duties.
