Ensuring the companys profitability and development of assigned areas by increasing sales volumes and market share, developing partner and customer network.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy
- Responsible for achieving planned indicators (share of trade‑in in partner networks, revenue, gross profit, turnover).
- Plan sales and purchasing, formulate sales plans to achieve margin and turnover targets.
- Be responsible for the development of sales channels, including searching for new development opportunities, analyzing market conditions, and identifying the most effective and promising areas.
- Be responsible for the development of new product categories and sales channels, including identifying new growth opportunities, analyzing market conditions, and determining effective directions for expansion.
- Be responsible for trading and retail development, as well as purchasing, marketing, and e‑commerce in own retail.
- Search for new opportunities, analyze the market situation, and study development trends.
Sales and Operational Management
- Manage sales, including plan fulfillment, business processes, motivation, KPI, accounting, and work automation.
- Carry out budgeting and financial planning; ensure operational efficiency within B2C and B2B sales development; monitor and evaluate the achievement of results.
- Monitor and analyze financial indicators to support managerial, strategic, and operational decision‑making.
- Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring availability of required stock levels and maintaining optimal turnover rates.
Customer and Partner Relations
- Build long‑term and mutually beneficial relations with partners and customers.
- Develop commercial proposals and conduct negotiations and presentations.
Team and Leadership
- Manage, lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.
- Plan, manage, and organize the activities of the team.
KPI
- Turnover, efficiency of money invested.
- Marginal income.
- Market share increase.
- Trade‑in share in partner networks.
- Gross Profit.
Requirements
- Successful experience in a similar position from 2 years – managing brand / product group.
- Good knowledge of related category markets, experience in working with leading retail, online players and distributors.
- Both product management and sales experience.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Excellent negotiation skills; short‑ and long‑term procurement and sales planning skills.
- Ability to build long‑term productive relationships with countries Consumer Business teams.
- Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, leadership qualities, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence, and responsibility in decision making.
