To support and continuously improve the Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source to Receipt (S2R), Indirects buying process and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness within Commercial. The Functional Expert is the primary contact for S2P Helpdesk and MGS CS teams of the SAP ARIBA systems and for any related issues arising from the buying process. The Functional Expert role includes providing operational support, sharing knowledge, training, issue resolution, CIP identification and escalation to Mars DT for the Commercial areas of S2R buying in respective clusters. In addition, the role is responsible for project and change management support to the business for ARIBA systems upgrades and provide roll out consultancy to new ARIBA sites.

For CLM, support will be triaging day to day tickets in the Americas and working with the primary FE on ensuring all tasks are processed efficiently and within our KPIs. CIPs will be driven by the primary FE and some UAT testing will be required in this role.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Troubleshoot S2R & CLM process and systems issues to ensure Commercial and other functions involved in S2R & CLM can operate effectively.
• Ensure proper quality of master data relevant to Commercial scope for S2R.
• Maintain connections with interfacing functional areas and Mars DT Support to ensure quickest possible resolution of issues and improvements delivery for S2R and CLM.
• Provide S2R process and systems training for MGS Commercial and Business Segments to drive optimum knowledge transfer and global standardization.
• Recommend and manage the CIPs to optimize S2R process and systems.
• Support and organize major cross-functional system upgrades with testing to ensure best practice is constantly rolled out.
• Partner with Commercial Template Team and Mars DT Commercial Support to identify, asses and pilot new functionalities.
• Benchmark S2R process with the external world to ensure Mars S2R remains world class.
• Support the Primary CLM FE In the CIP process for CLM.
• Provide initial Atlas roll out consultancy to new sites on S2R to ensure optimum business take up.
• Partner with Project Managers in projects with Commercial touch points.
• Acting as approver for respective Atlas roles (GRC system) and role owner for relevant systems in scope.
• Support in creation and assignment of new roles.

What are we looking for?

• University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
• 3 + years of professional experience of Commercial operational and transactional roles.
• Certification in Effective business Change/Business Process Management including process mapping, six sigma etc (is preferred).
• Experience in deploying and improving processes and IT solutions.
• Strong customer orientation and collaboration skills across multiple functions.
• IT savvy with a keen interest in leveraging IT functionality to drive standardization/add business value.
• Proven stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Commercial (S2R and data) processes.
• Fluent English.
