For our Client, a global leader in FMCG products, we seek passionate and driven individuals to join a newly created team as Commercial Finance Lead. Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage back-end reporting focusing on sales and performance analysis across EMEA markets.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to provide accurate insights driving commercial performance and decision-making.
• Analyze complex data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to improve business performance.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including market teams, to present findings and optimize performance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a business analyst or digital specialist role, preferably within a finance team in a commercial environment.
• Experience in working with P&L and balance sheet is a must.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
• Focus on data accuracy and report generation.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
