Support Group FP&A with budgeting, forecasting and revenue/margin analysis.
Prepare and maintain the rolling 13‑week cash flow forecast and contribute to scenario planning.
Analyse customer, product and site profitability, identifying variances and recommending improvement actions.
Partner with Sales and Commercial teams on pricing, cost recovery and margin optimisation.
Build and update P&L and cash flow models for new and ongoing projects, monitoring risks and performance.
Own central sales and revenue reporting, including key Sales KPIs and monthly performance dashboards.
Ensure accurate tracking of new business wins, PO wins, pipeline and onboarding status.
Prepare and process large volumes of financial data, delivering clear and reliable reports - primarily using advanced Excel tools and models.
Provide clear, actionable financial insights to Finance, Sales and Operations teams.
Work in close day‑to‑day cooperation with the Group Controller, the Group CFO, and the local manufacturing controlling team.
Employer requirements
3-6+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Pricing or Business Controlling, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
Comfortable working in an international, multi‑site and multi‑currency environment.
Knowledge of profitability analysis, pricing, margin management or cash flow forecasting is highly desirable.
Ability to build financial models (P&L, cash flow, scenario analysis) and work with large datasets.
A proactive business partner with strong communication skills and the confidence to support Sales, Commercial and Operations teams.
Fluent English (daily cooperation with global teams).
