We’re looking for a Commercial Excellence & Contact Center Specialist to join our team and support key activities such as order management, customer data updates, and coordination of delivery processes. You’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and close collaboration with our sales and logistics teams to enhance service quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Handling incoming phone calls (in Polish and English).
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing, delivery terms, and technical specifications.
- Processing orders (registering customer orders received via phone, email, and CRM platforms).
- Providing ongoing support to the sales department in the order management process – availability, fulfillment, verification of commercial terms, customer data checks, complaints, and returns.
- Updating and monitoring unfulfilled orders in the system (including product changes within the same product group).
- Preparing reports on the number of orders, unfulfilled orders, order fulfillment status, sales results, and registered complaints and returns.
- Updating customer data (adding new customers to the system, updating contact details, delivery addresses, VAT numbers, and internal customer classification data).
- Coordinating the delivery process, including shipment tracking, reporting, and discrepancy verification.
- Coordinating direct deliveries and inventory levels.
- Close collaboration with warehouse staff to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Issuing documents (credit notes – bonuses, returns, complaint notes, and quantity/value adjustments).
What We’re Looking For
- Education level: Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field
- Native or fluent Polish and Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Salesforce
- Problem solving: Ability to identify customer needs and root causes.
- Preferred: Industry specific knowledge (tyre or automotive business).
