Celltrion Healthcare provides biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medications to help increase patient access to advanced therapies around the world.

Celltrion Healthcare offers biologics to about 110 countries, along with more than 30 global partners. With hands-on experience and knowledge accumulated through years of working in the pharmaceutical markets globally, Celltrion Healthcare has secured distribution channels and provides patients with biosimilars at affordable prices.

The position will primarily focus on the role of Commercial Director while also handling responsibilities across marketing, medical affairs, and market access.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.


  2. Sales and Marketing Oversight: Manage sales and marketing teams to align with business objectives and promote products effectively.


  3. Business Development: Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.


  4. Market Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct market research to inform strategies and decision-making.


  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with medical, regulatory, market access, and finance teams to ensure strategic alignment.


  6. P&L Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and performance tracking.


  7. Team Development: Lead and mentor the commercial team to ensure high performance and professional growth.


  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, regulators, and distributors.


  9. Regulatory and Compliance: Ensure activities comply with industry standards and policies.


  10. Customer Focus: Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through education and communication.


  11. Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on commercial performance metrics.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 15 years of relevant pharma industry experience.
  2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  3. Ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
  4. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales, product positioning, and market expansion.
  5. Proven business development skills to identify and leverage new opportunities.
  6. Financial acumen in managing P&L, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance.
