Commercial Controlling Specialist
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Commercial Controlling Specialist to join our Finance & Distribution Department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and directly support strategic decision‑making within the organization.

Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business areas.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and “what‑if” scenarios to support strategic decision‑making.
- Provide business recommendations and insights for the Management Board.
- Support company‑wide finance and distribution projects with data‑driven input.
- Analyze opportunities and risks, including potential gains and losses across scenarios.
- Cooperate closely with the Distribution, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams.
- Improve reporting processes, especially in the areas of stock levels, deliveries, and distribution indicators.
- Collect budget data and collaborate with budget owners (e.g., Marketing Director, Distribution Director).
- Prepare P&L reports for management.
- Work with internal and external audit as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis.
- Experience in commercial, sales, or business controlling is highly preferred.
- Pharma experience is an advantage; retail/FMCG is also very welcome.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modern functionalities.
- Experience working with Power BI (data models, dashboards, reporting).
- At least basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Oracle (JD Edwards) is nice to have.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing processes independently.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and collaborate with central Controlling teams.
