Commercial Controlling Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Commercial Controlling Specialist to join our Finance & Distribution Department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and directly support strategic decision-making within the organization.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis.
  • Experience in commercial, sales, or business controlling is highly preferred.
  • Pharma experience is an advantage; retail/FMCG is also very welcome.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions and provide recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modern functionalities.
  • Experience working with Power BI (data models, dashboards, reporting).
  • At least basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with Oracle (JD Edwards) is nice to have.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing processes independently.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and collaborate with central Controlling teams.

,[Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business areas., Prepare ad hoc analyses and “what-if” scenarios to support strategic decision-making., Provide business recommendations and insights for the Management Board., Support company-wide finance and distribution projects with data-driven input., Analyze opportunities and risks, including potential gains and losses across scenarios., Cooperate closely with the Distribution, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams., Improve reporting processes, especially in the areas of stock levels, deliveries, and distribution indicators., Collect budget data and collaborate with budget owners (e.g., Marketing Director, Distribution Director)., Prepare P&L reports for management., Work with internal and external audit as needed.
