Your responsibilities:
- Act as a financial business partner for the key Sales Division
- Provide ongoing analytical support for the daily operations of the Sales team
- Prepare sales and margin analyses
- Assess contract profitability across business lines
- Develop and recommend pricing policies and pricing calculations
- Analyze margins across product groups
- Design and monitor Sales team KPIs
- Participate in budgeting processes, monitor budget execution, and perform variance analysis
- Support the month-end closing process – prepare summaries, generate reports, analyze results, and calculate provisions
- Propose and implement improvements to existing processes
Our requirements:
- University degree in Finance or Economics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven experience in business partnering
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
- Experience working with large data sets and ability to use IT tools in daily work
- Ability to conduct comprehensive business analyses and provide actionable recommendations
- Focus on process improvement and efficiency
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Prophix will be an asset
