Commercial Controller

We39re looking for a Commercial Controller who will join our client – a production company located in Poznan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive business performance
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company39s commercial objectives.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Finance/Controlling or related field.
- Previous experience in controlling, preferably within the FMCG, and retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- English (B2 level)
