We are seeking a skilled and commercially astute Legal Commercial Contracts Manager to join our team. As part of our Global Commercial team, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts to support business operations and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across departments such as Sales, Partner and Procurement to ensure contracts are legally and commercially viable, aligned with company objectives.

,[You will review, negotiate, structure, and manage commercial contracts that establish business relationships with third parties, such as vendors, customers, and channel partners., You will have primary responsibility for non-disclosure agreements, RFPs, amendments, transactional documents (e.g., order forms), and modifications to standard commercial sell-side and buy-side agreements., You will leverage Dynatrace’s guidelines and policies to resolve non-compliant terms, escalating legal and business risks to attorneys and/or key functional stakeholders, and assist in the resolution, as necessary., You will respond promptly to legal-related requests from internal clients across functional groups including the bid team, order management, services, partner channel operations, and procurement, You will collaborate and work closely with attorneys and other professionals within the legal team., You will manage and ensure contract documentation is complete, accurate and accessible in the company’s content management repositories, including the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) repository., You will support the continuous improvement of standard agreements, policies, processes, and overall contract management.You will perform administrative duties relevant to contract review and management.
