1. Support commercial engagement program manager in designing & driving efficient and profitable quote to cash process partnering with commercial excellence functions and leveraging digital platforms & technologies.
2. Drive the implementation & execution of commercial conditions & incentive frameworks (bonus, discount policy etc.) in close collaboration with program manager and other stakeholders.
3. Conduct business studies and analysis to streamline the quoting, pricing, contracting, and ordering sales processes to allow for greater efficiency and better visibility to improve business outcome.
4. Support in the design, creation and coordination of the implementation of automated quoting system within aftermarket (Deal Management / CPQ).
5. Ensure improved transparency around commercial performance management including concept design, consolidation of reporting and implementation of relevant dashboards and visualizations.
6. Act as a project management office coordinator actively driving the program execution, deliverables and timeline between various stakeholders and in close collaboration with program manager.
7. Prepare impactful and insightful presentations intended to create awareness about the program within the organization and drive change management.
8. Perform strategic, business driven analysis and prepare financial & commercial models to support commercial framework optimization decisions and activities.

1. Min. bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or similar field.
2. Min. 1-3 years of experience in related field (incl. internships).
3. Experience in process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean - nice to have).
4. Strong analytical skills paired with very good knowledge of analytical tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, Tableau etc.).
5. Critical thinking, consulting experience / mindset.
6. Business acumen and project management skills.
7. Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to foster collaboration & empowerment with remote leadership.
8. Rigor in managing targets & deadlines.
9. Ability to implement difficult changes, remotely and at scale.
10. Strong presentation skills incl. visualization tools (Microsoft PowerPoint etc.).
11. Good knowledge of English, fluent Polish & other languages would be an asset.
