Are you a data enthusiast with a keen eye for analysis and a passion for research?
As a Business Analyst (Commercial) , you will support forecasting and budgeting processes from a commercial perspective for the organization, overseeing the takeover of GSP administration and driving continuous improvement in this process.
You will act as a business partner to IT in developing commercial systems including PowerBI, CRM, and SAC.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare analysis, estimates, and presentations for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, and external customers, translating complex data into clear and actionable information.
- Lead IT transformation of the commercial side of the business in collaboration with IT.
- Support CANPACK global solution design and technology selection by translating business requirements into clear functional requirements for the overall BI solution.
- Design commercial reporting in tools such as Power BI and Power Pivot.
- Carry out hands-on development of commercial data visualizations, data analyses, and algorithms using BI tools.
- Collaborate with main stakeholders on the efficient use of BI tools and how to apply solutions for effective data analytics and visualization.
- Support ad hoc commercial report requests and various business needs by collaborating with IT, Commercial Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Business Intelligence, and Sales.
- Maintain a high level of understanding regarding how all areas of the company link together, the needs of the various areas, systems parameters, data limitations, and impact on various departments when changes or development work is requested.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Power Pivot for data analysis, reporting, and programming.
- Proven business acumen and financial knowledge are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work in a multi-functional team and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work with higher management and collaborate with multiple teams and individuals.
- High level of technological literacy, with an understanding of quickly learning new technologies.
- Competency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in Sales Administration is a plus.
