Randstad Professionals is the group’s division specialized in recruitment. With offices in the biggest Italian cities, Randstad Professionals is dedicated to seeking out candidates of the Middle & Senior Management segment.

Our Customer has been a major European operator in the electricity market for almost Eighty years, leader in wind power and growing in the renewables sector (solar, hydro, cogeneration plants), in line with the new global energy scenarios, with a total installed capacity of more than 2,700 MW. We are looking for a:

• Contract management - active cycle (energy sales, provision of incentives, validation of volumes and prices of energy sold) and passive cycle activities (contract execution, SPV fiscal and tax compliance, land lease payments, licenses and other).
• Monitoring monthly production trends and deviations from the budget plan.
• Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, regulatory changes monitoring, complying with obligatory statutory reporting and internal audits performance.
• Cost monitoring and compliance with the budget; Support in preparation of annual budget; Daily cooperation with external provider of accounting services (processing invoices and payments).
• Land Management (in cooperation with External Accounting Provider and Technical Management) maintaining and actively following up contracts with landowners and being the interface with local communities well as key local and institutional authorities.
• Office Management, managing the relations with the general services providers (cleanings, maintenance, safety, post, etc) and managing general expenses.
• Supporting the organization of internal and external events.
• Managing and filing contracts relating to premises and services and providing regular reports on performances and costs.

Desired skills and knowledge:

• University degree preferably in Business, Finance, Management, Environment or Administration.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience preferably from the Polish wind power/renewables industry.
• Fluent Polish and English required, any level of Italian will be a plus.
• MS Office, AutoCad and SAP knowledge would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel (10% of time).
