Commercial Asset Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Manage contracts, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution
Identify and mitigate project risks within asset management
Develop financial plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization
Oversee financial controlling and payment processing
Prepare and analyze commercial asset management reports
Support the establishment and expansion of the asset management department and service sales in Poland

Our requirements

Completed degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
At least three years of professional experience in commercial management and financial controlling
Strong knowledge of financial statements, audits, taxation, and stakeholder management in solar projects
Very good English and Polish language skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong time management skills and detail-oriented way of working
High sense of responsibility and ability to communicate issues in a timely manner
Experience in sales is a plus
