Your responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Analyzing customer needs and delivering tailored software solutions
  • Leading contract negotiations and successfully closing deals
  • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive growth
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations and crafting persuasive proposals

Our requirements

  • Fluency in German (at least B2) and English (at least B2), both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role with a track record of success
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and CPQ tools
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and meet or exceed sales targets

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive with German language skills to join our hybrid team and play a key role in launching a greenfield initiative. This is your chance to influence success from the very beginning while driving meaningful sales results. In this role, you’ll oversee the entire sales journey, from identifying opportunities to finalizing deals, with a focus on short sales cycles. You’ll actively seek out new business through outreach efforts, build strong client relationships, and manage a dynamic pipeline that exceeds expectations.
