For one of our Clients we are currently looking for experienced Collections Team Leader with previous experience in process transition.

What we expect

• Educational background
• Relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections
• Previous experience leading a team
• Fluency in English; knowledge of any of Nordic languages will be an additional asset (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish)
• Proven experience with continuous improvement and/or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
• Experience in process migration and centralization

Your tasks

• Ensure sound policies, processes, and controls around collections services
• Analyse accounts driving aging and provide appropriate action plans to reduce aging
• Partner with other departments to handle critical business decisions on collections
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes are running smoothly
• Team management activities
• Identify appropriate system enhancements, and participate in system testing
• Provide explanations and implement solutions to root cause problems
• Process improvements activities
• Effectively manage high-risk situations
• Support the hiring and manage the on-boarding process of new team members
