We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collections Manager to lead our team of collections analysts focused on the Retail NAMER portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, conducting data analysis, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of collections analysts assigned to Retail NAMER portfolio, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team goals are met.
  • Oversee the collections process to ensure timely and effective recovery of outstanding receivables.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of collections data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with global customers, addressing payment issues and disputes professionally and efficiently.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections function.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on collections performance and analysis to senior management.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and customer service, to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Must Haves

  • Advanced English proficiency to cover the US market.
  • Willingness to work the second shift from 2 PM to 10 PM.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), or as a finance analyst.
  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
