Job Title: Collections Team Lead

Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid)

Working hours: 2-10 PM Local time

Job Summary:

NCR Voyix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Team Lead to join our Global Business Services team in Warsaw, Poland. The successful candidate will lead a team of collections analysts, ensuring the efficient recovery of outstanding receivables and maintaining strong relationships with our global customers. This role requires advanced analytical skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of collections processes within a global framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of collections analysts, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring team goals are met.
2. Oversee the collections process to ensure timely and effective recovery of outstanding receivables.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of collections data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Manage and enhance relationships with global customers, addressing payment issues and disputes professionally and efficiently.
5. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
6. Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collections function.
8. Prepare and present detailed reports on collections performance and analysis to senior management.
9. Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and customer service, to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management, preferably within a global or multinational company.
3. Skills:
   • Strong leadership and team management skills.
   • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Proficiency in collections software and ERP systems.
   • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
   • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
