Job Description:

For our Client, one of the most stable SSC in the market, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Collections Supervisor .

Responsibilities

• Ensure sound policies, processes, and controls around collections services.
• Analyse accounts driving aging and provide appropriate action plans to reduce aging.
• Partner with other departments to handle critical business decisions on collections.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes are running smoothly.
• Team management activities.
• Identify appropriate system enhancements and participate in system testing.
• Provide explanations and implement solutions to root cause problems.
• Process improvements activities.
• Effectively manage high-risk situations.
• Support the hiring and manage the onboarding process of new team members.

What We Expect

• Educational background.
• Previous experience leading a team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish/Dutch/French or German.
• Proven experience with continuous improvement and/or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
• Experience in process migration and centralization.
