Collections Specialist with GermanMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Tasks:

• Initiating telephone contact with customers who have outstanding payments, in a polite and professional manner.
• Negotiating and finalizing repayment arrangements tailored to each customer’s individual financial situation.
• Analyzing customer accounts and ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date within internal systems.
• Documenting all interactions and agreements by preparing clear, well-structured notes and reports.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1–C2 level), both spoken and written – this is an essential requirement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging.
