Excellent written and communication skills in English minimum B2.
Strong analytical skills and legal background, including legal translations
Good knowledge of MS Office package

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, O2C Collections, BPO, Shared Services will be an asset.
