Inviting applications for the role of Collections Consultant – Process Associate – Polish – Hybrid Warsaw! We are looking for someone with a good level of English and a passion for finding a solution for customers’ tech problems.
Responsibilities
- Perform collective actions according to policy – prepare and send reminders, send SMS to customers, perform collective phone calls to customers.
- Perform collective actions on the basis of Smart Reactor tool actions on a daily basis.
- Answer phone calls with a nice, controlled voice, clarify with customers pending invoices.
- Perform outgoing collection calls to customers with overdue invoices to agree on promise to pay and increase collection rate.
- Manage mailbox – timely answer to customer requests.
- Communicate verbally/in writing with clients and related departments to collect the debt registered by them, according to Standardized Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Project a positive image of the company and brand.
- Implement changes using creativity and focus on process improvement.
- Correct and complete documentation of all customer interactions.
- Share relevant knowledge obtained through customer interactions with team members.
- Attend training sessions.
- Arrange working schedules with colleagues flexibly, according to business needs.
- Successfully complete the training plan and pass the process knowledge test (PKT) on a regular basis.
- Provide assistance to new colleagues whenever possible.
- Inform the process trainers and management team whenever the information in an SOP is identified as out-of-date.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Very good knowledge of Polish, min. C1 Polish.
- English B1/B2.
- Secondary school education.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Analytical thinking and self-starter.
Preferred qualifications
- Relevant experience in phone customer service.
- High motivation and ability to learn.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
