What we expect

- very good knowledge of English and one of the following languages: German or Portuguese
- minimum 1 year of experience in the area of Credit/Collections or Customer Service
- knowledge of SAP
- very good communication and cooperation skills

- proficient in analyzing financial data
- good organizational and time management skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office

Your tasks
- Incoming/Outgoing Calls: Proactively engage with customers via phone to chase payments.
- Account Management: Document account activities, update statuses, handle referrals, and transfer funds as needed.
- Query Resolution and Escalation: Identify, resolve, and escalate customer queries efficiently.
- Payment Processing: Follow up on payments received, request remittance details, and provide copy documents.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Produce collection-related reports and provide payment forecasts.
- Process Improvement: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing credit management efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOX-defined controls and compliance standards.
