Colleague Communication Manager – fixed term 12 months
We’re looking for a Colleague Communications Manager to lead and deliver impactful communication strategies for our Central Europe (CE) Group Technology teams. This role is all about making sure the right messages reach the right people at the right time—keeping our colleagues informed, engaged, and connected.
What you’ll do
- Own and deliver the colleague communication strategy for CE Group Technology, ensuring aligned messaging for our teams.
- Keep communication relevant across multiple channels and locations.
- Manage the annual communications calendar, including new and change projects.
- Organize all‑hands meetings and ensure follow‑up actions are clear.
- Act as the subject matter expert for communication in the Polish Hub.
- Maintain and update local intranet content, collaborating with People Partners and Compliance teams.
- Plan and create content with input from subject matter experts.
- Evaluate communication effectiveness and act based on insights.
- Cooperate closely with local Brand Manager and group Communication teams to deliver the best possible experience for our Technology Hubs.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: 5–6 years in communications or a related field
- Education: University degree.
- Skills:
- Confident communicator and presenter.
- Advanced English (C1 level) – strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with layout/design and working with creative agencies.
- Nice to have: Experience in a technology organisation in an enterprise company.

This role requires you to be based in or near Kraków, as you’ll spend 60% (3 days) of your week collaborating with colleagues at our office locations or local sites, and the rest remotely.
