This role will be responsible for execution of development activities of products (displays, SRPs, Giftsets, et.) delivered to the Customers.



We are offering cooperation with one of the biggest customer healthbrandsin Poland.



Tasks:

• Work independently and lead assignments or projects of simple to moderate complexity
• Troubleshoot product issues within compressed timelines, providing effective solutions
• Collaborate with preferred suppliers and co-packers to modify secondary placements based on internal stakeholder input
• Ensure customized product implementation by managing product master data creation, co-packing materials development, and co-packing specification creation and management
• Monitor co-packing service and materials costs, perform system maintenance, and oversee project timeline adherence
• Manage data within the end-to-end co-packing process, including technical specifications, artwork collection, and cutter drawings
• Maintain continuous alignment within a cross-functional team of specialists to ensure project success

Required skills and qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, co-packing, or production operations, preferably within the FMCG sector
• Experience in secondary placement development or co-packing processes is highly advantageous
• Completed apprenticeship or university degree focused on marketing, logistics, or sales
• Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for an international environment
• Ability to operate efficiently within a fast-paced, multifaceted organization
• Proficiency in data structuring and understanding complex datasets
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP is considered an additional asset
