Co-founder / Chief Legal & Compliance Officer (CLCO)

Flowtly is redefining how businesses are managed. What began as an internal product is now a SaaS venture with serious momentum—and legal readiness is central to our next stage of growth.

We’re looking for a Co-founder / CLCO to join us early and shape the legal, structural, and strategic foundations of the company. This role is not operational legal support—it’s about joining as a founding team member and owning key responsibilities that will define how Flowtly grows across Europe.

What Youll Do:

• Own and shape Flowtly’s legal architecture—corporate structure, shareholder agreements, IP strategy, and investor readiness
• Draft and maintain product-related documents including privacy policy, terms of service, and risk disclaimers
• Lead all matters related to compliance, data handling, liability, and business risk
• Support contract work with partners, vendors, and advisors
• Ensure that our legal and compliance posture scales properly as we expand into EU markets
• Work closely with the founding team on governance, funding strategy, and due diligence preparation

What We’re Looking For:

• Deep understanding of EU law and startup legal needs (corporate, digital, and contract law in particular)
• Experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments is a plus—but not mandatory
• Ability to handle legal topics across domains (corporate, product, commercial, fundraising)
• Pragmatic, founder-style mindset: focus on speed, structure, and impact—not over-lawyering
• No need for a license to practice, but a solid track record of managing or overseeing early-stage legal frameworks
