The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Customer Service activities in the customer care process, including Customer Facing
• Communicating with internal stakeholders
• Supporting Customer Operations in implementation of S4
• Monitoring work queues for new requests
• Completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
• Ensuring efficient customer complaint service
• Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time

Your Skills And Expertise

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Apprenticeship degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Strong customer-facing skills, maintains a professional, positive, and tactful demeanour with clients and customers (followed by experience in a customer-facing function)
-magile ability to respect deadlines, maintainAPH accuracy and follow designed process descriptions in SAP and Salesforce on daily work tasks
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in one of the languages: Italian, Spanish, or German

Additional Qualifications

• Well organized and independent at dealing with complex issues
• Team player, persistent and results oriented
• Ability to manage change, including quickly adapting to new reserve or processes
• Eager and capable at improving service and logistics processes
