Impact You’ll Make in this Role
- Customer Service activities in the customer care process, including Customer Facing interactions
- Communicating with internal stakeholders
- Supporting Customer Operations in implementation of S4
- Monitoring work queues for new requests
- Completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
- Ensuring efficient customer complaint service
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
Your Skills And Expertise
- Bachelor’s/Master’s/Apprenticeship degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Strong customer‑facing skills, maintaining a professional, positive, and tactful demeanor with clients and customers (experience in a customer‑facing function required)
- Capable of respecting deadlines, maintaining data accuracy, and following designed process descriptions in SAP and Salesforce on daily work tasks
- Fluency in English and French
