Join our project to implement a new B2C website in multiple countries for a heating technology company. The project has a strong focus on digital transformation and standardization of online processes.
The Rollout Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing content management system projects globally. The person in this position will oversee local and remote teams, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure implementations are on time and on budget. Hands-on CMS support in local offices will also be key.
Your tasks
- Preparation and configuration of CMS for local teams
- Quality control of content and page structure (home pages, site map)
- Supporting local teams in daily CMS work, with content and technical development of the site
- Collaborating with the agency on CMS configuration and monitoring project progress in the project management tool (ASANA)
- Implementing content packages (360 pages) and ensuring compliance with policies before the site goes live
- Documenting the status of implementations and post-launch support of the site
Requirements
- University degree in economics, management, marketing or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, including digital platform and process implementations
- Experience working with CMS (FirstSpirit preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivation, initiative and proactive approach to problem solving
- Fluency in English
- Residence in Poland required
