Job Description

As a Cluster Activity Manager you will lead the Cluster Activity Team and manage the Cluster DMR, ensuring excellent execution of the cluster project portfolio through standardized and simplified cluster and local activities, fully aligned with QuEST Governance and S&OP+ Collaboration.

Qualifications

• University degree and minimum 5 years of business experience.
• Sound business understanding of supply and demand.
• Knowledge of S&OP+ process and facilitation & communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Good knowledge of MS 365 tools.
• Preferred: Line Management experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of AM processes and tools (e.g. QuEST, PPM).

Responsibilities

• Cluster Activity Management & Deployment incl. QuEST Governance
  • Guardian of own cluster activities: allocate resources, provide business recommendations, outline opportunities and implications, and ensure efficient alignment and communication flows.
  • Identify issues and risks, propose solutions and trade‑off scenarios.
  • Maintain forward visibility of the cluster activity pipeline and SKU catalogue, provide transparency within the Cluster Activity Team, and promote simplification and standardisation.
  • Ensure RFT deployment of cluster activities, including PLRs, in line with the agreed BIC execution standards and KPI delivery.
• DMR Leadership and S&OP+ Orchestration
  • Facilitate the Cluster DMR and connect it to the regional S&OP+ Process for transparent decision protocols and efficient communication.
  • Link with the Cluster Leadership Team to surface and drive opportunities and tensions, driving decisions, recommendations and escalations into the Regional S&OP+ process.
  • Govern cluster feeder meeting structure and ensure connections to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve cluster/market processes, tools, KPIs and WoW, aligned with regional S&OP+ principles.
• Leading the Cluster Activity Team
  • Lead change and build a Centre of Expertise with clear R&R.
  • Develop a high‑performing team, own talent pipeline and succession planning.
  • Deploy the SD Department OGSM within the Cluster Activity Team.
  • Cultivate an environment for personal development and team engagement.
• Lead Crisis & Calm Management for the cluster
  • Ensure efficient operation of the CMT and compliance with mandatory activities.
  • Partner with the CMT Leader, Communications Leader, and regional CALM team to train and ready the CMT.
  • Implement mandatory CALM processes, keep accountability, manage information flow and confidentiality.
• Driving critical change initiatives and projects
  • Ensure efficient interaction between cluster, site and regional teams.
  • Share and align best practice, drive learning culture.
  • Represent cluster/market needs to wider EU team, drive simplification & harmonisation.
  • Deploy relevant digital solutions for transparency and efficiency.
  • Contribute to Department engagement and OGSM work streams.
  • Collaborate with cluster leadership and regional business teams.
  • Own project, process and portfolio management expertise.
  • Make decisions on market feasibility and execute cluster activity pipeline.
  • Provide business recommendations on portfolio, promotions and activity management.
