RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, support, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows OS and Mac OS.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Perform regular system audits and generate reports.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. HERES WHAT YOULL NEED

  • Good Polish and English (written and spoken), level B2 and above.
  • Working knowledge and hands-on administrator experience with Windows OS.
  • Minimum 2nd Tier support experience with in-depth knowledge of desktop/application troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and features.
  • Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Windows scripting skills (PowerShell).
  • Ability to work analytically within a problem‑solving environment.
  • Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time‑management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

  • Knowledge of SCCM Server / Intune.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience integrating with Azure services or other cloud platforms.
