We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background as a Software Architect, who will lead the design of end-to-end architectures for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. You will work closely with product owners, engineering teams, and platform specialists to shape modern cloud-native solutions built on Kubernetes and OpenShift ecosystems.

Design and own end-to-end software architectures for scalable, secure, and highly available systems
Define and evolve architecture patterns (microservices, modular monoliths, event-driven, API-first)
Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions
Lead architecture decisions covering front-end, back-end, integration, and platform layers
Design cloud-native architectures and containerized workloads based on Kubernetes and OpenShift
Ensure strong focus on non-functional requirements: scalability, availability, performance, security, and operability
Design observability and operability by default (logging, metrics, tracing)
Define and govern API contracts and integration standards
Shape CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and GitOps-based delivery models
Define automated testing strategies across the SDLC (unit, integration, E2E)
Create and maintain architecture documentation and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple streams
Collaborate in agile environments with product owners and cross-functional teams
requirements-expected :
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with previous hands-on experience as a Software Architect
Strong understanding of front-end, back-end, and integration architectures and how they work together
Expertise in cloud-native architecture and containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker
Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Crossplane
Experience with networking and service mesh technologies including Istio, Envoy, MetalLB, OVN-Kubernetes, and Open vSwitch
