We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect with comprehensive expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Databricks. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture, systems design, and data solutions development. The ideal candidate should also be proficient in German to effectively engage with our German-speaking clientele.

Architect and manage robust cloud data solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, focusing specifically on Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Databricks.
Oversee the setup and management of cloud architectures and infrastructure within the Azure environment.
Design and implement access control and permissions to ensure security and compliance across cloud services.
Develop scalable data platforms and solutions, emphasizing data warehousing and big data processing.
Utilize Azure Synapse for big data and data warehousing solutions to enhance analytical capabilities.
Create advanced data models and dimensional modeling frameworks to support business intelligence.
Design OLAP and tabular data architectures, such as star schemas, for efficient data analysis.
Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines for seamless data integration and workflow automation.
Program and script in languages such as Python, Java, and R to support data operations and integrations.

Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect with strong expertise in the Microsoft Azure platform, particularly Azure Data Lake, Synapse, and Databricks.
Solid knowledge of cloud architecture principles, system design, and infrastructure management.
Experience in designing and managing comprehensive data solutions and platforms on Azure.
Familiarity with data warehouse development, planning, and implementation, including hands-on experience with BI/BW tools.
Expertise in data modeling, dimensional modeling, OLAP, and tabular data structures.
Strong skills in developing ETL or data pipelines and in programming with Python, Java, or R.
Excellent communication skills in German to effectively collaborate in a German-speaking environment.
