The project focuses on cloud transformation, specifically migrating infrastructure and services to cloud environments (Azure and GCP) while ensuring strong security measures are implemented. The specialist will be responsible for hardening the cloud systems to protect them from cyber threats and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Cloud Security Specialist (Azure/GCP)
Your responsibilities
- Secure and harden cloud environments (Azure, GCP) to protect against cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, especially those related to cloud computing.
- Work with IaC (Terraform) to automate infrastructure management and deployment.
- Collaborate with the DevSecOps team to integrate security best practices using tools like Jenkins, Jira, and SAST.
- Implement containerization solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and other related technologies.
- Manage identity and access control through systems like Entra ID, IAM, and Active Directory.
- Provide expertise in cybersecurity, network security, and cloud security protocols to ensure the safety of the system

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Banking sector experience
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform
- Familiarity with banking regulations, including:
- UKNF communication on public or hybrid cloud processing by supervised entities
- GDPR
- Banking Law Act
- KNF's Recommendation D
- Experience in developing hardening strategies for securing cloud systems
- General understanding of cybersecurity concepts
- Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, Jira, and SAST
- Proficiency in containerization technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, GKE, AKS, Anthos
- Knowledge of network protocols and operating system security methods in cloud environments
- Familiarity with identity management systems (Entra ID, IAM, AD)
