We’re looking for a Cloud security engineer to join our Clients growing Technology team. Working within the security team you’ll play a key part in securing their cloud native IaaS and PaaS services. They have services across both AWS and GCP
responsibilities :
Continuously improving detection and visibility for security events across our cloud infrastructure
Supporting and work with architects and the security team, exchanging knowledge and upskilling each other
Promoting and implementing new security initiatives, trialling new security tools
Delivering continuous improvement to our cloud platform security while balancing security against other business requirements
Working closely with other teams to review and drive security improvements
Influencing and working with multiple other teams
Sharing your passion for security within the team and with other teams
requirements-expected :
Excellent knowledge of AWS and / or GCP IaaS and PaaS
Experience of designing secure cloud environments
Strong understanding of cloud security tooling and monitoring capabilities
Automation and scripting experience
You’ve used Terraform or other declarative infrastructure paradigms
Good working knowledge of containers and / or Kubernetes
