As a disciplinary supervisor, you will be supporting for administrative processes such as time and performance management as well as recruiting You are a role model in the implementation of our vision and mission and support your employees in living it in their daily business You work closely with those responsible for the specialist areas and take care of long-term skills and capacity management with the responsible system architects, for example Together with our project managers, scrum masters and HR managers, you are dedicated to team development and support personnel development You keep an eye on the overall context and, together with our HR managers, work on organizational and cultural issues as well as projects Technical Skills Experience and familiarity with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS Comfortable with DevOps practices involving configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, deployment patterns, etc Strong knowledge of software and architectural design patterns Experience in programming using high level languages, preferable : C# .NET A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing software development teams You play an active role in people management, technical leadership and support the product management You have experience in coaching, team and organizational development in a technical company, preferably in the software sector You are characterized by strong communication skills and have experience in moderation and conflict management You are fluent in English Working with cutting-edge technologies (on the cloud side, as well with connection to GNSS/TPS devices, 3D laser scanners, massive 3D point clouds data, geospatial software)
